USES
Maxi-Screed has been designed for use on all concrete surfaces. It is a hot applied veneer for surface repairs such as spalled concrete surfaces and concrete pavements with minor defects including raveling, minor cracking and stressed areas. It can also be applied in layers to effectively fill and repair minor pot-holes in an otherwise sound concrete surface.
Maxi-Screed will halt the damaging effects of water ingress into the raveled, and often open, concrete. it gives a fast curing, high friction repair that prolongs the life of the pavement surface.
DESCRIPTION
Maxi-Screed is a unique blend of resins, polymers, graded aggregates and selected fibres. This material is screeded onto the prepared and primed concrete surface and produces a thermo-setting, impervious, impact resistant and load bearing repair. Once cured Maxi-Screed remains very slightly flexible and leaves a high friction finish at the surface. Maxi-Screed withstands high volumes of traffic. Maxi- Screed cures in approximately 20 minutes allowing the pavement to be opened to all traffic movements with the minimal disruption to the user.
Maxi-Screed is buff in colour to blend in with most concrete surfaces.
