USES
Ultra-Seal is a micro textured, skid resistant general purpose sealant used for overbanding, repairing cracks and kerb sealing in asphalt and concrete surfaces.
Ultra-Seal 45 comprises aggregate with a PSV of 45 and Ultra-Seal 60 comprises aggregate with a PSV of 60. They are designed to achieve an in service SRV value of 45 and 60 respectively.
Ultra-Seal provides a fast and simple yet effective repair that will create an impervious band and prolong the service life of all bituminous and concrete surfaces.
DESCRIPTION
Ultra-Seal is a hot-applied, polymer modified, bituminous compound with superior crack filling and sealing properties along with effective adhesion to all non-porous bituminous and concrete surfaces. An Ultra-Seal repair can be reopened to traffic as soon as the material has cooled, allowing the highway to be opened with minimal disruption to road users. The final result is a highly ductile and durable repair. There is no waste with Ultra-Seal.
